Staging Area
The parade will be staged in the Rite Aid/Pagliacci parking lot and staging will start at 9:30.

Parade Route

• The parade will leave the lot of Northwood and go down SE 37th St
• The parade will turn onto 77th Ave and continue down the road
• The parade will turn onto Sunset Hwy and conclude there
• Floats and vehicles will disperse and turn onto 78th to return
• Parade route attached 

Cones/Barricades

• All barricades and cones are on the map. 
• MIPD and MI Volunteers will set up cones. Volunteers will be to move cones and barricades once the parade has passed the road.

Cones/Barricades Being Removed

• Once the entire parade is off of 77th Ave SE, then all cones and barricades will be removed from that road. 
• Once the entire parade is off of Sunset Highway then all cones and barricades will be removed from that road. 

Businesses Along the Route

• MIHS Leadership has contacted all businesses on the route 
• Each business/building has received the letter attached

Additional Info.

• There will be volunteers patrolling driveways and the roadway to make sure spectators are safe
• Parade attendance is estimated between 300- 700 participants and spectators
• The duration of the parade will be roughly 30 minutes
• There will be a clean up crew to grab all cones, barricades, and any discarded items at the end of the event
