📝 Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Step 1: Complete Registration Forms

• All sports registration forms must be completed online through FinalForms.

• Incoming 9th Graders: Middle school physical forms do not transfer to the high school. Please upload a current physical form directly to your FinalForms account.

Step 2: Pay Athletic Fees

• Pay your sport fees and purchase your ASB card online through InTouch.

• $600 per sport / per season (includes $100 transportation fee) + $100 ASB Card.

💡 Not an MIHS Student?

If you attend another school but want to play sports for MIHS, you must first enroll with the district for "SPORTS ONLY" before registering in FinalForms.

• Registration Opens for All Sports: July 26, 2026

🍁 Fall Sports

• Football Registration Closes: August 18, 2026 | First Practice: August 19, 2026

• All Other Fall Sports Close: August 22, 2026 | First Practice: August 24, 2026

❄️ Winter Sports

• Gymnastics Registration Closes: November 7, 2026 | First Practice: November 9, 2026

• All Other Winter Sports Close: November 14, 2026 | First Practice: November 16, 2026

🌸 Spring Sports

• All Spring Sports Close: February 27, 2027 | First Practice: March 1, 2027

🩺 Physical Exam Requirements & Uploads

1. High School Physical Examination

• Every student-athlete must have a valid physical on file that covers them for the entire duration of their sport season.

• Incoming 9th Graders: Physicals completed in middle school do not transfer to the high school. You must submit a current high school physical form.

• How to Submit: Upload your completed and signed Physical Form directly into your FinalForms account.

💰 Athletic Fees & Payment Details

Fee Structure

• Participation Fee: $600 per sport / per season (includes a $100 district transportation fee).

• ASB Card: $100 (Required annually for all student-athletes).

💳How to Pay

• All payments must be made online through InTouch.

• Fees must be cleared prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.

💲 Refund & Fine Policies

• Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within the first 2 weeks of the season. No refunds will be issued after the second week of practice.

• Equipment & Uniform Returns: All school-issued equipment and uniforms must be returned promptly at the end of the season.

  • A $25 late fee will be assessed for overdue equipment.

  • Unreturned items will result in a fine for the full replacement cost.

We invite all parents/guardians of fall athletes to join us for our Sports Parent Night. The evening will begin with a brief large-group meeting in the PAC, followed by breakout sessions with individual sports teams and coaches. This is a great opportunity to:

• Meet your child’s coach

• Review expectations for the season

• Ask questions about schedules, communication, and team policies
