INFORMATION:

FALL 2024 VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS:

ALL students wanting to participate in a volleyball tryouts must complete their sports eligibility packet on Final Forms by August 22nd to be cleared to play.

Tryout Day 1: Monday, August 26, 2024

Session 1 

9:00 AM - New Program Athletes, check-in by 8:30 AM

10:00 AM - Returning Program Athletes, check-in by 9:30 AM

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch Break

Session 2 

2:00 PM - Setters, check-in by 1:45 PM

2:15 PM - Full Session, non-setters check-in by 2:00 PM

4:00 PM - Session 2 Notifications & Cuts begin

5:00 PM - Day 1 Ends

Tryout Day 2: Tuesday, August 27, 2024

Session 3

9:00 AM - Session 3 Invitees, check-in by 8:45 AM

11:15 AM - Session 3 Notifications & Cuts begin

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch Break

Session 4

2:00 PM - Session 4 Invitees, check-in by 1:45 PM

4:00 PM - Session 4 Notifications & Cuts begin

5:00 PM - Day 2 Ends, final team selected*

Early Season Dates:

First Practice: Wednesday, August 28th @ 3:45 PM

*Practice on August 28th (First day of school) is reserved for an additional tryout day if necessary. Varsity will be selected first, it may require an additional day to finalize the JV & JV2 teams depending on numbers.

Fall Athletic Code Student Meeting: September 3, 3:15pm @ MIHS PAC

Fall Sports Parent Meeting: September 3,  6pm-8pm @ MIHS PAC

Team/Program Photos: September 5, 3:15 PM

Jamboree (Varsity and JV): September 7, timed TBD

First Match (All Teams): September 11, Home vs Seattle Prep
