Why: Opportunity for community members to engage directly with the School Board President and MISD Superintendent to ask questions and share perspectives on key issues facing the District.

Mercer Island School District Superintendent Dr. Fred Rundle recognized the District’s Employees of the Year, Retiring Staff, teachers earning National Board certification, and MISD staff with a years of service milestone in a ceremony Wednesday at Northwood Elementary.

Our Business and Finance staff and Washington State Auditors staff were all once middle school math students, simplifying and creating equivalent algebraic expressions to expand their knowledge of math.
