Two FOX 13 Seattle Shows Broadcasting Live From MIHS Thursday Morning
Mercer Island, WA, November 14, 2023 - Carly Henderson, co-host of Studio 13 Live on FOX 13 Seattle, will be broadcasting live from Mercer Island High School on Thursday, November 16 to celebrate both the MIHS Marching Band performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and the MIHS community.
FOX 13 Seattle will broadcast a total of eight live segments on Good Day Seattle and Studio 13 Live on Thursday. Each live segment will highlight MIHS students and broadcast student voice.
The eight live segments Carly Henderson is hosting on FOX 13 Seattle, their approximate broadcast times, and the show they are being broadcast on are:
7:30am – MIHS Marching Band performance and interview segment on performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Good Day Seattle.
8am – MIHS Drill Team Performance on Good Day Seattle.
8:30am – MIHS Horticulture students highlight the new Aquaponic System on Good Day Seattle.
9am – MIHS Culinary Arts Students Make Caprese Salad on Good Day Seattle using vegetables grown by MIHS Horticulture students.
9:30am – MIHS Therapy Dogs Finley and Little G Support Students and Staff on Good Day Seattle.
10am – MIHS Marching Band performance and interview segment on performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Studio 13 Live.
10:30am – MIHS Robotics Class and Robotics Club robot demonstration on Studio 13 Live.
10:50am – MIHS Girls 3A State Swimming Champions celebrate the State Championship with help from MIHS Cheerleaders on Studio 13 Live.
We encourage our community to tune in, or record, FOX 13 Seattle on Thursday from 7am-11am as they highlight MIHS programs and groups and celebrate our awesome community.
