Topher Lacrampe Named New MIHS Boys’ Water Polo Head Coach
Mercer Island, WA, April 29, 2025 – Mercer Island High School athletic director Lindsey Blaine is pleased to welcome Topher Lacrampe as the new head coach of the MIHS boys’ water polo team.
Topher began his water polo career playing Midlakes, before joining MIHS and earning accolades for Second Team All-State in 2013 and 2014, and recognition as Academic All-American along with playing club in the PNW region. Topher graduated from MIHS in 2015.
He then attended Occidental College playing Division III water polo and earned ACWPC Superior Academic honors in the 2015 season before transferring to Seattle University and graduating with a degree in business analytics.
Topher joined MIHS as an assistant coach for the boys’ team during the 2024 season and is looking forward to stepping up to head coach in the fall.
