MIHS Robotics Team 5937 Takes Second Place at PNW Bonney Lake Event
Mercer Island, WA, March 17, 2025 – The Mercer Island High School Robotics Team 5937 took second place at the Pacific Northwest District Bonney Lake Event this past weekend.
MIHS Robotics Team 5937's trophies and plaques for the Team Sustainability Award being a Finalist at the PNW Bonney Lake Event.
MIHS Team 5937 competed against 33 other squads and ended weekend qualification matches ranked 12th, with six wins, five losses and a tie.

Team 5937 earned the role of Captain for Alliance 8 (of 8) and led the group to four upset playoff victories before falling in the event Finals.
The MIHS 5937 squad also received the event Team Sustainability Award sponsored by Dow.
Team 5937 hopes to learn later this month if it qualified for the Pacific Northwest First District Championship Meet taking place April 2-5, 2025, in Cheney, Washington.
