MIHS HOSA and QSA Are Sponsoring a Blood Drive on April 29

Mercer Island, WA, April 19, 2024 - Mercer Island Student groups HOSA and GSA are hosting a Red Cross blood drive at MIHS on April 29 in the West Gym.
HOSA and QSA are looking for blood donors and some parent volunteers.
Please help sign up your student or yourself to help save lives! Sign up here.
If your student is donating, please complete the parent permission slip and have it turned in to the MIHS main office.

Around two years ago when ChatGPT, the generative artificial intelligence model chatbot, became available for public use, conversation in the education sphere focused on how students would inevitably use the technology to write their essays for them and do their homework.
