We are excited to invite you to register for our upcoming Digital Wellness Webinars and Roundtables as part of Mercer Island School District's MI Phone-Free Schools. From social media to email use, these sessions – offered at no cost to you – will cover a wide range of topics, empowering adults to model positive digital habits.
Benefits of Attending:
- Understand why many struggle with device use (doomscrolling, anyone?), learn strategies to reclaim control and track your own progress over time.
