KMIH Broadcasting Seafair Hydro Races and Blue Angels Performance
Mercer Island, WA, July 17, 2024 - Log Boom Radio returns to the KMIH 88.9 The Bridge airwaves August 2-4 to broadcast the Seafair Unlimited Hydroplane races and Blue Angels air show.
This the 75th anniversary of Seafair and the fifth year MIHS students have broadcast the races.
“It should be a fun weekend,” said MIHS broadcast media teacher Joe Bryant. “There are more students than ever taking part in and helping with the broadcast and it's awesome to see so many young people excited to participate in this annual Seattle summer tradition.”
