Caitlin Maralack Named New MIHS Girls Golf Coach

Mercer Island, WA, February 3, 2026 – Mercer Island High School athletic director Lindsey Blaine is pleased to announce Caitlin Maralack has been named the new MIHS girls golf coach.
“I am excited to join the Mercer Island High School Golf Team and share my lifelong passion for the game” said Maralack.
“With competitive experience since age six and a Division 1 collegiate career as an All-American Scholar, my focus is on developing strong fundamentals, course management, goal-setting, and mental confidence while fostering a newfound love for the sport; especially for beginners. I am also currently pursuing a career in marketing, which strengthens communication and leadership skills, and I am looking forward to mentoring student-athletes as they grow as golfers and leaders.”

Mercer Island High School (MIHS) is proud to announce that 37 students from the MIHS Band have been selected to participate in the 2026 Washington All-State Honor Ensembles, marking the largest number of students accepted in MIHS band history.
