Title:  CMA131&CMA132--ALGEBRA E1+E2

Pre-Requisite: Math 3/Pre-Algebra

Course Description: This is the first of two courses in a series. Algebra E1/E2 gives students the foundation they need to learn basic high school math. After this course, students enroll in Algebra E3/E4 to complete their Algebra 1 credit. This course will use technology as a tool for learning, as well as alternative approaches to enhance algebra understanding. Homework is assigned on a daily basis.

Work Load: Formative/Summative; approximately 0-30 min. daily/ 1.5 hrs. weekly

Why would you be interested in the Class: Students who may want/need a slower pace and smaller class setting. This course and then next year Algebra E3/E4 cover Algebra 1 over two years.
