Course Description: The English Foundations course is designed for high school students with individual education plans (IEPs). The course meets high school English requirements, not four-year college or NCAA entrance requirements. Students learn to compose cohesive sentences in response to a prompt and work independently. They also develop strong listening skills, the ability to stay focused, and the ability to comprehend readings while listening.
