Course Description: Students will participate in larger units such as badminton, pickleball, table tennis, volleyball, indoor soccer. Disc golf, bocce ball, whiffle ball, ultimate frisbee, gaga ball and fitness training are possible additional activities. The goal is to learn and appreciate various lifetime sports and activities that can benefit physical and mental health.

Work Load: All work is done during class time. The majority of the class is based on participation in sports/games with a number of academic lessons to complement the course throughout the semester.

Why You Might Be Interested In The Class: This class is fun and social. You can compete at various levels within the class depending on your abilities.
