Course Description: This is a project-based, hands-on opportunity for students with an interest in learning about the basic technical elements of lighting and sound, set building, scene painting, costume design, make-up design, and marketing for theatre. Opportunities are available for you to learn to hang lights, program a light board, operate power tools, construct and paint sets, engineer sound, design various elements of our main stage productions, and more. Outside of class time is not mandatory. However, you may choose to crew Drama Department productions.
Work Load: Project-Based/Group/Individual/Formative/Summative/Design/Hands-On/Opportunities in All Technical Theatre Elements (Sound/Props/Lights/Sets/Projections/Costumes/Make-Up)
